PTO FAMILY BINGO NIGHT!


Thank you to everyone who attended and volunteered to help at the PTO Family Bingo Night held Saturday. Your support of the Genesee PTO and Genesee Schools is greatly appreciated. Your support helped to make the event a success and we hope that everyone had a great time!

Spring Break


Spring Break for Genesee Schools will is next week, April 5th through the 9th. Classes will dismiss at the regular time of 3:15 on Friday, April 2nd, and classes will resume on Monday morning, April 12th at 8:25 a.m. We hope everyone has a safe, fun and relaxing break!

GES Singers


GES singers will meet tomorrow from 3:20 to 4:20 in the Music Room.

Campus On The Run Results


Congratulations to everyone who ran the Campus on the Run fun run held over the weekend! All Genesee competitors completed the race! (Miss A,Lacey, Nikki, April, Rachel, Kylie, Thomas, Justin, Payton, Courtney, April, Camille, Amanda, and Kendell). The Genesee team won the "Most Creative" award, and Justin won first in his division!

COMPUTERS FOR KIDS


Computers for Kids is a locally based organization helping to provide home computers for kids in the area. Information is listed below and applications can be picked up at the school office, or you can apply on-line at the address below. A great opportunity - CHECK IT OUT!

*1,376 students in the Lewiston area have received home computers from the Boise Non-Profit Organization, Computers For Kids, better known as CFK. Together with the help of Lewiston National Guard, Lewiston Solid Waste and of course, the wonderful, "Laura Moore Cunningham Foundation" Computers For Kids has been very successful in getting computers in the homes of students that really need them. Applications are NOW being taken! The deadline is April 9th 2010! Mail yours today! Applications are also available on our web site. www.cfkidaho.org Every year, Lewiston's National Guard Armory hosts CFK to distribute computers to students that have filled out an application and turned in an essay. Each student receives one year tech support with their Pent 4 computer. CFK's program is not income based. Download the application and get it mailed in right away to pick up your computer April 23rd-24th!

JR/SR High School News


1.) Congratulations to the Baseball team who put away 2 wins in the double header against Kendrick played Saturday at Kendrick. Nice job Bulldogs!!

2.) Good Luck to the Jr. High Girls Basketball teams who will meet Potlatch on the court here at home beginning at 5:30 this evening. Go Dawgs!!

3.) NO BASEBALL PRACTICE TODAY.

4.) High School Spring Sports Pictures will be taken tomorrow right after school. Please remember your picture packets and be dressed and ready for photos by 3:30. If weather permits, pictures will be taken at the field, if not then a location will be announced in tomorrow's bulletin.

5.) High School Choir will meet on Wednesday night from 7:00-8:30pm. See you all there!

REMINDER: The Elementary After School Study Hall is a program for students to work on class assignments and homework. Once the work is complete, students are excused to go home. There are no “activities” for students to be involved in, as this is NOT an after school child care program. Thank you.
