Genesee Schools Open Houses

An Open House for grades preschool - 3rd will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 27. Students and families are welcome to come meet teachers, see classrooms and bring school supplies. We will also hold an Open House for 4th through 12th grade students and their families Tuesday, September 1 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Please plan to attend, we are looking forward to seeing everyone!

Jr. High/High School News

Football and Volleyball Game Changes

Due to the unhealthy air quality and no change in sight this week, we are moving FB and VB games on Thursday and Friday to accommodate using the Kibbe Dome for inside air.
THURSDAY - Football Kendrick vs. Genesee in the Kibbe Dome at 7pm. Genesee is the home team and the host. Spectators can park in the West End parking lot. Coaches passes will be accepted as well as Genesee Sports passes. Fans will be able to pay the ticket takers inside the NW dome
entrance. Fans will only be allowed on the NORTH side bleachers of the dome, just like football playoffs.
FRIDAY - Potlatch at Genesee Volleyball. This will be in Genesee. JV will start at 5pm with Varsity to follow.
SATURDAY - JV VB tournament in Genesee as planned. Varsity VB tournament in Lewiston as planned.

• Tuesday 6/2 - 10:40 a.m. (3rd hour) - None: Finals
• Wednesday 6/3 - 1:05 p.m. (5th hour) - None: Finals 
• Thursday 6/4 - 2:05 p.m. (6th hour) - None: Finals

Elementary After School Study Hall (3:15-4:15)

*Reminder: This is not an activities based or daycare program. This is a program designed to help students accomplish homework tasks or receive additional help. Students need to have something to work on at the After School Study Hall. Thank you.

• Wednesday - 6/3 - No Study Hall
• Thursday - 6/4 - No Study Hall

2015-16 Registration Schedule:  Wednesday, August 19 and Thursday, August 20

August 19, 2015: 

Seniors – 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.; Juniors (Last name A-J) - 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Juniors (Last name K-Z) - 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.; Sophomores (Last name A-L)  – 11:00 to 12:00 p.m and Sophomores (Last name M-Z) - 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.;  Freshmen (Last name A-L) 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. and Freshmen  (Last name M-Z) 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

August 20, 2015: 

8th graders (Last name M-Z) – 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. and  8th graders (Last name A-L) 8:45 to 9:30 a.m.; 7th graders (Last name L-Z) – 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. and 7th graders (Last name A-K) – 10:15 to 11:00 a.m.
