Club Varnish Volleyball
Anyone interested in Club Varnish Volleyball this spring, please bring a parent to the meeting at 6 pm on Wednesday, November 10th in Mr. Crowley’s room. We need more U-12 and U-16 players in order to have teams, so talk to your friends and spread the word! The final decision on teams will be made Wednesday.
Veteran's Day Assembly
There will be a Veteran's Day Assembly on Thursday morning, November 11th at 9:00 a.m. in the main gym. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

BLOOD DRIVE
Genesee High School will be sponsoring a Community Blood Drive here at school on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. *Look for the Big INBC bus! This has become an annual event here at the school and many students have, admirably, begun the practice of giving blood. Please consider participating in this life saving, simple donation. Students and staff may come to the High School Office to set-up and appointment, and community members may call at 285-1162.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: You must be at least 16 years of age and weight at least 110 pounds. You should be in general good health and free of any cold or flu symptoms, and not currently be on antibiotics. You must be one year past any tattoos or body piercings. You must be 8 weeks past your last blood donation. You should not give blood if you participate in activities that would put you at rick for infectious diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV. Eat and hydrate well prior to and on the day of your donation.
*Photo ID is required for all donors
*Completed Parent permission (available in the High School Office)is required for all donors under the age of 18.
JR/SR High School News
1.) Cheer Practice for today has been CANCELED.
2.) The Volleyball Banquet for JV and Varsity players will be held at 7:00 pm November 10, 2010 in the Multipurpose room. Volleyball players please get your $5.00 for coaches gifts to Brooke by Tuesday.
3.) Tauna T, Miranda C and Sam DN please report to Mr. Caldwell's office today at 3:00 p.m. for Veteran's Day planning.
4.) The next parent meeting for Safe and Sober Graduation will be Thursday, November 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the multi.
5.) The Football Banquet will be held this Sunday, November 14th at 2:00 p.m. in the multi purpose room. Freshman need to bring toppings, Sophomores a bucket of ice-cream and Juniors please bring cookies.
6.) Freshmen get your money in to Holly ASAP! By Wednesday the price will go up to .75 cents. Thank you.
