Students will need a signed permission form and a completed medical history form to be tested. Forms are available at the high school office. Fifth period will be 1:10-1:40; sixth period 1:45-2:15. Students will then meet in the main gym for the end-of-day activity. The color team who sits together in the gym and has the highest percentage of members wearing tee-shirts will go through the ice cream line first.
