Voting Day!
*Just a reminder that today is voting day for the Genesee School District supplemental levy. Nezperce County residents were mailed ballots that need to be returned to the Nezperce County Auditors Ofice in Lewiston before close of day today. LATAH COUNTY voters can vote anytime between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Genesee Senior Center.
Newsletter Deadline
The deadline for the April Newsletter will be March 21st at Noon. *Please note the earlier deadline due to Spring Break. Please submit all items electronically to Mr. Peter Crowley at pcrowley@sd282.org
PTO NEWS
Please remember BULLDOG BINGO NIGHT being sponsored by the Genesee PTO. The event will be held on March 19th, featuring a pizza dinner and raffle. More information to come!
PTO RAFFLE - American Girl Doll / Raft Trip
Don't miss out on your chance to win some fantastic prizes! In conjunction with our Bulldog Bingo event on March 19, the Genesee PTO is selling raffle tickets for the following prizes:
1. A new American Girl doll (Rebecca) who will come with a designer wardrobe
2. A Salmon River Raft Trip for two with a one-night stay at Salmon Rapids Lodge.
*Raffle tickets are currently being sold by PTO members for $1/ticket. (You do not need to be at Bulldog Bingo to win the prize.) Tickets may be purchased from Melissa Hanson at school or at Bulldog Bingo.

Want a good magazine to read? Genesee Community Library has yearly subscriptions to many interesting magazines, like

NEWSLETTER CORRECTION
The Genesee Girls Softball Team will be hosting a Softball Clinic for all girls in grades 1 through 6 on April 9th. The clinic will begin at 9:00 a.m. and run until noon. *There was a misprint in the school newsletter. The correct date is April 9th. Additional information will be sent home with students this week. Watch for the flier and don't miss this fun Springtime event!
JR/SR High School News
1.) Congratulations to the Jr. High Girls Basketball teams who both claimed victory over Kendrick here at home last night! Nice job ladies!!
2.) Good Luck to the Jr. High Boys Basketball teams who will open their season tonight with home games against Kendrick beginning at 5:30 p.m. Go dawgs!
3.) Girls Basketball Players who have not yet paid for coaches gifts, PLEASE get your money in ASAP. Thank you.
4.) Music Events This Week: Wednesday - 8am Solo/Ensemble Festival - bus leaves at 8:10am. Please dress nicely and bring a cold lunch or money to purchase lunch. HS Choir will meet at 7:00 p.m.
5.) Club Volleyball Practices: U16/Quint will practice in the auxiliary gym from 6-8 p.m. They will be joined by U18/Becker at 7 p.m. and U18 practice will last until 9. See you there!!
