March Newsletter Deadline
All items for the March Newsletter need to be submitted by February 23rd at 8 am. Please submit items electronically to Mr. Pete Crowley at pcrowley@sd282.org.
JR/SR High School News
1.) Boys Basketball District Tournament play will continue with a game against Timberline tomorrow morning at 11:30 a.m. at LCSC. Go Dawgs!
2.) High School Girls Basketball Players and Managers: Tuesday, February 23 is the night for the basketball banquet. Dinner will be served at 7:00PM. Your families are invited. Food assignments: Seniors - enchiladas or main dish & salad, Juniors - enchiladas or main dish & case of water, Sophomores -enchiladas or main dish & dessert, and Freshman - dessert & salad
3.) Music events for this week: Saturday: Boys' Districts Pep Band: load the bus at 10am, bus leaves at 10:15am.
4.) The following people still have pictures in the office from Winter Ball that need to be paid for and picked up: FR - Kylie H, Jackie H, Payton AT. SOPH - Rebecca E. JR - Lacey F, Rachel K. SR - Erin and Michelle.***These were printed for you in "good faith" and you do OWE for them. Please bring your money and pick up your pictures ASAP
5.) The Forestry/Greenhouse class is currently taking orders for our spring lawn furniture sale. If you would like to pre-order an Adirondak chair, picnic table, or garden bench please contact JR Morrow for details. We currently have 3 orders and can take up to 6.
6.)Genesee students who will be at least 14 years and six months old by May 3rd, can sign up for this year's Driver Education Program. The program will start May 3rd and end sometime around the middle of July. See Mrs. Schacher or Mrs. Pickard in the office to sign up. The cost will be determined by the number of students enrolled.

REMINDER: The Elementary After School Study Hall is a program for students to work on class assignments and homework. Once the work is complete, students are excused to go home. There are no “activities” for students to be involved in, as this is NOT an after school child care program. Thank you.
