Genesee Civic
Association is asking for artwork submissions for next year’s phone book! They
are looking for Genesee themed art that will fit on a 5 ½ x 8 ½ sheet of paper.
Please submit to the front office or to Amy Peterson at Plaid and Pearls by
December 1st, all ages are encouraged to submit an entry!
**Reminder all
visitors need to sign in and out with the office and wear a visitor badge
during school hours! This is an important safety feature for our students and
staff! **
Elementary News:
Elementary conferences are tonight, Thursday Nov. 2nd (p.m.) and
Friday Nov. 3rd (a.m.) PTO will be providing childcare both days during
scheduled conference times.
Fairy Tale-Inspired Fun with Math
and Science Workshop Wednesday, November 15, 5-7 pm at the Genesee
Community Library. This program is free and open to families with children ages
3-5. Please register by emailing genesee@latahlibrary.org or by calling 208-285-1398 by November
8th
· Fun Hands-on stations!
· Storyteller Betsy Bybell, also known as “Batsy”, will share a
tale!
· Take home a free at-home science experiments book in exchange for
filling out a short evaluation form! Limit one book per family.

of you who still need to work on college admission applications, please join me
and some of your classmates this TONIGHT from 7:00-8:30pm in
Mr. Derting's room. If you need help completing one or more applications
or if you just need some company to help motivate you, please plan to
attend. For those of you who have already completed your admission
applications, feel free to join us anyway; just bring some scholarship
applications to work on instead. Any questions, please contact Mr.
Scripter.
