Last Day of School Early Release
This Friday, June 1 will be the last day of school for Genesee High School and Elementary students. Friday will be an early release day, with buses returning students home at 1:30. We wish you all a wonderful and relaxing summer break.
Calling All Current and Former Genesee Band Members!
This year the theme for Community Day is “Excellence in Education: Honoring Genesee School District for 100 Years of Educating Our Children”. With so much of the focus on our school and its many years of excellence, I would really like to be able to represent ourselves well with a full marching band! Happy Birthday Tyler Jones!
7th-11th grade boys: meet with Coach Boyd in the gym foyer at the beginning of lunch today to discuss summer league and the shooting clinic.
You will not be allowed to check out Friday afternoon without your completed 2012-13 schedule signed by one of your parents and turned in to the office.
Tyler and Lance: you need to turn in track uniforms before you will be allowed to check out.
Baseball players need to pay $40 to the office for hats and socks before you are allowed to check out. Also, plan to turn in jerseys Thursday at 4:00 at the baseball field followed by an ice cream social.

Summer League VB Players: practice on June 6 has been moved to 7-9 on June 7 and practice on June 13 has been moved to June 14. All other practices are as scheduled. First practice is tomorrow after school.
Incoming 7th-12th grade boys basketball shooting clinic will be held June 5 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is a $10 registration fee and you will need to bring a lunch.
