GES Singers
GES Singers will begin on Tuesday, November 9th. This is a program for students in grades 3-6 who are serious about music. GES will run from 3:20 to 4:20 on Tuesdays. Mr. Caldwell will distribute a flyer next week. See you on the 9th.
PTO NEWS
The PTO will meet Wednesday evening, November 3rd at 7:00 p.m. in the multi purpose room of the school. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Elementary Basketball
If you had basketball practice over the weekend . . . **PLEASE remember to bring your shoes back to school on Monday, so you have them for PE or indoor recess.
Civic Association Halloween News
Come join the ghostly fun!!! The Genesee Civic Association is sponsoring their 4th Annual Halloween Party and Costume Contest, Sunday, October 31st from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Senior Center. There will be activities, a costume contest, pizza, cider and lots of fun! Cash prizes will be awarded for the best costume for ages 0-12. Stop by and join the fun while warming up between your Trick-or-treat outings. Thank you to the Genesee Recreation district for your help with this fun annual event.
JR/SR High School News
1.) Congratulations to both the JV and Jr High Football Teams who brought their seasons to a close with victories all around last night as they played Potlatch at Potlatch! Way to go Bulldogs! We are proud of you!
2.) Good Luck to the Varsity Football team who will travel to Clearwater Valley tomorrow evening for a game beginning at 7:00 p.m.
3.) We also wish the best of the luck to Volleyball team who began State Tournament action this morning at 10:00 a.m. MST (9:00 here at home)playing Shoshone. As of this posting the Bulldogs have won the first two games 25-13, and 25-18. We will try to update as more information becomes available! Go Bulldogs! *Third game won by the Bulldogs 25-13!!! Bulldogs Advance! Yay!!
*The Lady Bulldogs will now play Raft River tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m. MST (10:00 a.m. local time). Good Luck!
4.) Good Luck to Miss Tallah Revord, Genesee's Jr. Miss who will be departing for and competing in the Idaho State Jr. Miss Program this weekend!! Tallah will depart on Saturday. The competition is next Thursday through Saturday. We know Tallah will do a great job representing Genesee and we wish her all the best!
5.) Each Freshman owes Holly Carter 50 cents for Homecoming Hall Decorations.
