District Wide News:

Winter Break - December 24th through January 4th. School resumes Monday January 7th.

Please check the lost and found table, items will be donated over break!

**Reminder all visitors need to sign in and out with the office and wear a visitor badge during school hours! This is an important safety feature for our students and staff! **

Elementary News:

Genesee Rec District Winter Basketball, this program is for 1st through 6th grade students and the cost is 10.00 per student. If you have any questions please call or text Daniel Lindquist at 208-310-3953 or e-mail at dlindquist19@sd282.org. Please return forms with payment to Carly in the office TODAY.

Saturday January 5th will be the first camp day for winter basketball from 10-12. There will also be a camp on Sunday from 1-3.

After School Study Hall:
**Please remember this program is to help students be successful in completing homework and to get extra help when needed. This program is not intended to be used as daycare, if you are expecting your student to remain for the duration of the program he/she needs to have a book to read or work to be completed quietly. If your student has finished all work and has nothing to work on he/she will be allowed to sign out of the program. Please ensure you are able to make arrangements to pick up your student or have him/her walk home.

Junior High and High School News:

Junior Girls: Please remember to get your DYW application finished. Go to Genesee.ID.distinguishedyw.org. First practice is January 13th at 4:00pm, you will need to have your paper packets with you!

Winter Ball is Saturday December 22nd, out of town guest sign up and song request list are in the office window. Admission is $5.00.

Safe and Sober tickets are on sale now, 10.00/ticket. See a Senior or their parent(s) to purchase and support the Safe and Sober Graduation Program!

Friday December 21st: Girls Basketball at Home vs Oakesdale. JV plays at 6:00 and Varsity at 7:30.

Boys Basketball at Grangeville. C team plays at 4:30, JV plays at 6:00, and V plays at 7:30. Bus leaves at 1:30.
