Bulletin 9/25/2017

District Wide News:

Full 5-day week this week!

School picture retake day is Thursday the 28th. There are extra packets in the office. Junior High Sports will also be that day.

**Reminder all visitors need to sign in and out with the office and wear a visitor badge during school hours! This is an important safety feature for our students and staff! **

Elementary News:

Thursday October 26th will be the first box top count for elementary classes! There is a drop box in the main office if you don’t have a student in grade school and would like to donate your box tops!

After School Study Hall:
Please remember this is not an activities based or daycare program. This program is designed to help students accomplish homework tasks or receive additional help. Students need to have something to work on at the after school study hall.

Junior High and High School News:
Freshman Challenge Course Field Trip Wednesday 9/27 bus leaves at 8:00 a.m.

Middle school hang out night this Friday from 6:00-10:00 pm in the MPR.   

SPORTS PICTURES are in the office, please come pick them up.

SENIORS - For those wishing to take Economics for dual credit your completed LCSC dual credit registration forms are due by TODAY, September 25th. Anyone planning to use Fast Forward funds to pay for dual credit anytime this year should also turn in a completed Fast Forward Participation form.  Dual credit and Fast Forward forms can be turned into the high school office or directly to Mr. Scripter.

The Big Kettle Cook Off is on!
Get a team together to compete or just come and enjoy the food!  It will be Friday, October 13th at the home football game against Lapwai.  Food will be served from 6:15-7:30 or until the food is gone.  Prices are $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under.  The price includes all you can eat soups, a water and a dessert.  All proceeds go to the Genesee Education Association Scholarship fund.  We hope to see you there.

Thursday September 29th- JH FB vs Deary High School at home. Game starts at 5:30.

Saturday September 30th- V FB at Wallace bus leaves at 8:00. Game starts at 1:00. (Below are directions to the Sather Sports complex in Silverton)

General Directions:
Take exit #60 off I-90 and go Left underneath I-90. Take a left on Yellowstone Ave and proceed directly to the field complex (about 4 blocks).​  FYI The field is located WEST of Wallace, so if you get to the Wallace exit you've gone too far. 


For Bus and Handicap Parking Take exit #60 off I-90 and go Left underneath I-90. Take a left on Yellowstone Ave and proceed 2 blocks, then take a right on Sather Field RD. The road will wind around for a little bit and then come right up to field level. They will show where to park the bus and there is plenty of room for handicap parking.
