Thanksgiving Vacation


There will be no school for students next week, Monday, November 24 through Friday, November28. School will resume Monday, December 1 at 8:00 a.m. We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!



BMac Sports Basketball Clinics


Hosted by Brandon McIntosh, Genesee High School Girls Basketball Coach
Where: Genesee High School Gyms, Genesee, Idaho
When: Sundays (visit bmacsports.webs.com for future dates and fundamental focus)
Fall/Winter clinic schedule is listed at bmacsports.webs.com.
Who: Grades: 3-5 and 6-8 Boys and Girls
Times: 5:00-6:30 pm (all at same time)
Each clinic will focus on different areas of basketball fundamental development:
Ball handling, dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, post play, and defense
Cost: Genesee resident $5 non-residents $8 (each clinic attended)
BRING YOUR FAVORITE BASKETBALL IF YOU HAVE ONE.
Must register for each clinic session interested in attending. Registration form only needs to be filled out prior to the first clinic attended. Fee is due before start of each clinic. Pre-registration or registration day of clinic is acceptable. Fall/Winter Clinic dates: All Sunday evenings. Visit bmacsports.webs.com for updates and cancellations. Dates: November 30; December 7 and 21



Jr. High/High School News


The Girls Basketball team defeated Kendrick last night, way to go Bulldogs!

HS Football players need to pay Beau $12 for coaches gifts ASAP.

IDFY Testing (P and Pizza) is tonight from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. If you did not sign-up for IDFY last year, you need to get an application from Mrs. Sperber. If you have your form in from last year, you just need to show up tonight.  If you do not test, we will eliminate you from the roster.  If you have a conflict, but still want to be a member, see Mrs. Sperber or Mrs. Tilleman.

The Highlighter Dance scheduled for this Saturday has been cancelled and will hopefully be rescheduled in the future.

Sports This Week: 
Thursday, 11/20: Girls Basketball vs. Logos at home beginning with 2 quarters of JV at 6:00 followed by Varsity
Monday, 11:24: Girls Basketball at Grangeville beginning at 6:00 with a full JV game followed by Varsity


The After School Program for JH/HS students is an opportunity for students to complete their work and receive additional assistance. It will run from 3:25-4:25 in the following locations:
Monday 11/17: Mrs. Bardwell's Classroom
Tuesday 11/18: Mrs. Tilleman's Classroom 
Wednesday 11/19: Mrs. Booth's Classroom
Thursday 11/20: Mrs. Sperber's Classroom

*Reminder: This is not an activities based or daycare program. This is a program designed to help students accomplish homework tasks or receive additional help. Students need to have something to work on at the After School Study Hall. Thank you.
