Bulletin 9/11/12

Bulletin last updated 9/11/12 at 8:40 a.m.

5th & 6th Grade Girls Basketball

The 5th and 6th grade girls basketball registration is open until Oct.5th.  Rich Parkins is willing to coach this team.  You must register through Moscow Parks and Recreation online at www.ci.moscow.id.us, or directly at https://moscowrecreation.sportsites.com as there are no longer paper forms to turn in. The games will begin the week of November 5, so we will schedule practices after the registration deadline has closed and we see who our team is.  You may have to call the HIRC to tell them you wish to be on the Genesee team if there is no team preference listed on the registration.  Contact Jennifer Parkins, 285-1480 with any questions.

Hand Washing Reminder

Our school nurse reminds everyone participating and attending the Latah County Fair this week to remember to wash your hands frequently, especially after touching the animals.

Booster Clothing Order

Please return all Booster clothing order forms to the HS office this week, Sheri will place the order this Saturday, September 15. There are order forms in the office if you need one and you can contact Sheri Cornell at 208-310-1438 if you have questions.

Junior High and High School News

Great effort by the JV FB team who lost to Prairie last night at home.

Congratulations to all three VB teams who defeated Lapwai in games played at home last night.

Good luck to the Varsity VB team tonight as they travel to Prairie High School for games against Prairie and Summit beginning at 5:00.

Happy Birthday Gage!

The 2012 Yearbooks are on their way!  Please plan to attend the annual Yearbook Signing Party on Thursday, September 27th.  The doors to the Multi purpose room will open at 7:00pm and close around 8:30. Come by, have a soda, and sign or have your friends sign your copy of the 2012 yearbook. We charge $5 at the door to cover our costs and to help keep the price of the Genesee Yearbook as low as we can.  See you there!
