Zone Four Vacancy on Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees has a vacancy in zone four, the seat previously held by Jan Barber. According to Idaho law, the Board has 90 days to appoint an individual from zone four to serve until the end of the term (July 2013).

Individuals from zone four who are interested in this appointment should contact Mrs. Moore, Superintendent at 285-1161 or via e-mail: wmoore@sd282.org before December 1, 2011. The Board will then conduct interviews during the week of December 5-9 before making the appointment at the December 12, 2011 regular meeting.

Posters Are In

The Booster Club posters of the Football and Volleyball teams are available for $10 each by contacting Sheri Cornell at 208-310-1438 or they will be available at home FB and VB games.

PTO Harvest Carnival

The Harvest Carnival will be Saturday, October 22 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Genesee School in the Multi-purpose Room. Join us at the Harvest Carnival for a fun-filled time. There will be a variety of fun activities and lots of prizes! Come have fun and help our school at the same time. This event is sponsored by the PTO.

Lost and Found

There is a lost and found table set up in the gym foyer this week through Friday. Please check the table if you are missing any clothing items.

JR/SR High School News

Congratulations to the Volleyball team who qualified for the state tournament on Saturday by defeating both Kendrick and Lapwai. Tournament play continues for the Bulldogs Wednesday evening at 7:30 as they take on Troy in the Championship Game. Good luck Bulldogs!

Congratulations to the FB team who defeated Deary at home Friday night. Way to go Bulldogs!

THE JH FB GAME SCHEDULED FOR TONIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY NIGHT AT 5:00.

Juniors and Seniors: The annual National College Fair will be in Spokane on Tuesday, November 8th at the Spokane Convention Center. Representatives from more than one hundred colleges and universities as well as all branches of the military will be available for you to meet and talk with about their school and programs. To register in advance for this free event go to www.gotomyncf.com Attendance at this event is voluntary and on your own. Contact Mr. Scripter if you have questions about this event.

All varsity and JV volleyball players: please bring money to Brianna for coaches gifts.
