Class schedules: Based on selections made by students at pre-registration in the spring, student schedules are available to view through the student portal in Lumen/Websis, and we will have a hard copy of each student schedule at registration. Some changes have been made to the Master Schedule which may have necessitated a change from spring pre-registration. Mr. Scripter will be available during registration if you have questions. A finalized copy of each student’s schedule will be printed and available for pick-up at the High School Office window beginning at 7:30 a.m. on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 29.
Fees: A fee sheet has been enclosed. Genesee Schools now accepts checks, cash or credit/debit cards as payment. There is a $3 service charge for credit and debit transactions. To help with accurate accounting, we will use separate transactions for each student.
Students planning to participate in activities (sports, music, clubs, etc.) MUST purchase a Student Activity Card. There are no class dues for Jr. High Students. All other club dues are listed on the form. Yearbooks, which will reflect the 2017-18 school year (with emphasis on High School) are optional, but can be paid for at registration. Yearbooks are $30, only at registration. After registration, the price will be $35. *Please do not include Pay-to-Participate fees or lunch money with registration fees. Those items need to be paid separately for accounting purposes.
It is very helpful to the food services department to apply money to lunch accounts prior to the first day of school. Charlotte will start collecting lunch money on Monday, August 21st.
