Genesee Group performance times at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival this week.

THURSDAY
9am  JH Band at the LDS Church on Blaine Street (by the old Tidymans store) in Moscow.

10am   GES Singers   Bruce Pitman Building International Ballroom (this is the ballroom upstairs in the SUB) They renamed the building after Bruce Pitman retired.

1:40pm Elementary Marimbas at the LDS Church on Blaine Street (by the old Tidymans store) in Moscow.

FRIDAY
8:40am HS Choir at the Bruce Pitman Building International Ballroom (this is the ballroom upstairs in the SUB) They renamed the building after Bruce Pitman retired.

SATURDAY
2:20pm HS BAND at the Moscow HS Auditorium.

On Monday, February 29th
 The Jazz Groups from Genesee will travel (by bus) to Moscow to hold the annual Jazz Concert at 7pm in the Haddock Recital Hall at the University of Idaho Music Building. The concert will feature Genesee Jazz groups and the University of Idaho Jazz Choir 1. 

This concert is free and we encourage Genesee residents to attend. We hope you can make it!

Driver’s ED
You May sign up for Driver’s Ed
Until this Friday, February 26th
Genesee students who will be 14 and a half by May 1st, if you are interested in signing up for Driver's Ed, there is a sign up sheet in the office. You must put your FULL NAME (first, middle and last ) as well as your birthdate ... on the sign up sheet. We plan on starting Drivers Ed around the first of May and ending around the 4th of July. Any questions should be directed towards Mr. Sams
  
Junior Girls:
  Idaho Syringa Girls State will be held June 12 – 17, 2016 at Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa, Idaho.  Local delegates are chosen by the Genesee American Legion Auxiliary.  If you are interested in going to Girls State, please fill out the interest form and email to wwoods@genesee-id.com or call me at 208-305-3990 on or before Mar 15, 2016.  For more information about Girls State visit the website.
