No School Friday

No school Friday, Sept. 18 due to professional development day. School will resume Monday, Sept 21 at 8:00 a.m.

Big Kettle Cook-off


The Big Kettle Cook Off is on! Get a team together to compete or just come and enjoy the food!  It will be Friday, October 9th at the home football game against Lapwai.  Food will be served from 6:15-7:30 or until the food is gone.  Prices are $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under.  The price includes all you can eat soups, a water and a dessert.  All proceeds go to the Genesee Education Association Scholarship fund.  We hope to see you there.

 Congratulations! Evyn Hauser with the fastest time in amateur barrel racing at the Lewiston Round-Up this weekend. 

Sports This Week:
Thursday 9/17 JH Football at 5:00 p.m. at Home vs. Potlatch
Thursday 9/17 V Football at 7:00 p.m. at Home vs. Potlatch

​Due to a shortage of Football officials on Friday September 18th, the varsity football game with Potlatch on Sept. 18th will be moved to September 17th to accommodate the shortage of officials. Genesee and Potlatch also play Junior High Football in Genesee that day as well, so we will make Thursday, September 17th a Football double-header.The Junior High game will begin at 5:00 p.m.. We will have the regular Junior High Football game foll​o​wed by the Junior High
Football 5th quarter (20 minute running clock).We will begin the varsity game 20 minutes after the JH game, which will be close to 7:00 p.m. W​e will ​also ​be honoring veterans​, and the Varsity Football players will be wearing uniforms provided by the National Guard.  We will take a few minutes to honor veterans from Potlatch, Genesee and any from the surrounding area prior to
the start of the varsity game. It should be a great event!
