Drama Performance


Please plan to attend "The New Mrs. Porter" a one-act play written and directed by James Yockey a GHS Senior and performed by the 8th Grade Drama Class. The play will be presented on Sunday, January 12 and Tuesday, January 14 at 7:00 p.m. in the Multi-purpose room.


Missing Cat

Parenting Class Opportunity


PARENTS:  Genesee School will once again be offering the Parenting with Love & Logic course beginning in late January.  The parenting skills taught in the course are applicable for parents with children from toddlers through high school.  A sheet with course information and an application/registration form will be sent home in the December 13th Friday folders for grades K-5.  Parents of older students may pick up a hard copy of the information sheet in the high school office.  Forms will also be part of the December/January district newsletter coming out right before Winter Break or you may request to have a form e-mailed to you by calling the high school office at 285-1162 or by e-mailing your request to Shelly Renton at srenton@sd282.org.

Good luck to the Girls Basketball teams who travel to Lapwai tonight for games beginning at 6:00 (1/2 JV game).

Attention HS students: get double rewards for your outside reading! The Genesee Community Library is having an Adult Winter Book Read beginning January 13 through March 13. Sign up at the library and read 5 books. Complete the reading by March 13 to receive a book gift. Finishers will also have their names entered in a drawing for grand prizes. It's simple, entertaining and healthy!

Genesee High School Blood Drive will be held Monday, January 27 from 1:45-5:00. Please make your appointment at www.inbcsaves.org or by signing up at the High School Office. Students over 16 are eligible to donate, but must have parental consent if younger than 18. Forms are available in the High School Office.
