Thanksgiving Week
There will be no school for students next week. Genesee School wishes your family a happy and restful Thanksgiving. School will resume Monday, December 2 at 8:00 a.m.
Civic Association Christmas Party & Lighting Ceremony
Sunday, December 1st from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Senior Center, there will be pictures with Santa, pizza and beverages. Look for Santa as he travels through town on the fire truck before arriving at the Senior Center at 5:30. Santa will help us light up the town at 6:30. Come out for some holiday fun!
Genesee Library Book Auction
The Friends of the Genesee Library are putting on a book sale and silent auction RIGHT NOW through Sunday Dec 1st. The fabulous auction is full of packages of unique gifts, quirky collections and really interesting stuff - not just musty old books. The regular book 'sale' is by donation. Open for shopping during regular library hours (Mon. and Wed from 1-7 pm, Thursday 10-4pm) plus Sunday December 1st from 4:00-6:30. The Civic Association Holiday event is from 5-6:30 that same day. Santa comes in on a firetruck
at 5:30 pm. Last call for Bids is at 6:15 pm.
Elementary Concert
The Kindergarten through 3rd Grade Winter Concert will be held in the multi-purpose room December 2 at 7:00 p.m.
