Genesee Youth Baseball


Genesee baseball teams will be organizing soon and if anyone ages 9-15 wants to play on a Genesee team in the Cal Ripken Moscow league, they do not need to go sign up in Moscow. Cal Ripken forms are due to Trevor or Makenzie Stout tomorrow, February 24.


Hunter Education Course


This class will be held in Genesee beginning March 7. Registration for the class is required and is available online at http://fishandgame.idaho.gov or contact Bill Seybold at 208-285-0206. More information is available in the office.


JR/SR High School News


Good luck to the BB team who will meet Lapwai tomorrow night at 7:30 in the District Championship game at the LCSC Activity Center.

Music Events:
Thursday: JH Band leaves at 8:15am. JH/HS Choir Rehearsal 6:30-7:30pm
Friday: Choirs leave at 7:15am. District Pep Bus leaves at 5:45pm.
Saturday: HS Band Students leave at 10:00am
Monday, 2/27: Genesee Jazz Experience Concert with the U of I Jazz Choir at 7:00pm

Players, managers and cheerleaders planning to attend the boys state basketball tournament next week need to have a completed field trip form turned in to the office no later than Tuesday, February 28 at 4:00 pm. Elementary and secondary students planning to attend the tournament as spectators need to have a completed pre-arranged absence form turned in to the office before you leave.

Girls HS Basketball players: please get your $5 to Katelyn for coaches gifts.

The Genesee Boys Basketball team will be leading a basketball clinic on March 10 from 9-1 at the High School Gym. All boys and girls in grades 3-8 are invited to attend. Proceeds from the clinic will go to the Cindy Stout Fundraiser.
