Zone Four Vacancy on Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees has a vacancy in zone four, the seat previously held by Jan Barber. According to Idaho law, the Board has 90 days to appoint an individual from zone four to serve until the end of the term July 2013).Individuals from zone four who are interested in this appointment should contact Mrs. Moore, Superintendent at 285-1161 or via e-mail: wmoore@sd282.org before December 1, 2011. The Board will then conduct interviews during the week of December 5-9 before making the appointment at the December 12, 2011 regular meeting.

Book Fair is bigger and better than ever! Wednesday Nov. 2nd - Monday Nov 14th. Hours: 7:30am to 4pm, plus extended hours for special events. Wednesday Events: previews and wish lists for students, teachers and classrooms. Watch for Clifford. Wed and Thursday: Open during conferences for your convenience. Students welcome to browse while parentsare visiting teachers, or, shop alone. Conference hours 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. Great effort by the JH FB team, who played hard, but were defeated by CV last night. Congratulations to the JV FB team who defeated CV.Good luck to the JH VB teams who travel to Potlatch tonight for games beginning at 5:00. This is a change to the start time since there will be 3 games.
Boys Basketball meeting today at 12:15 in Mr. Hanson's classroom. All HS boys interested in playing please plan to attend.
VB Banquet will be held Monday, November 7 at 7:00 p.m. We will serve ice cream sundaes, please bring the following items: Seniors - Cookies/Brownies; Juniors - Toppings (chocolate chips, whipped topping, candy bits, nuts, etc.); Sophomores - each bring a tub of ice cream and an ice cream scoop; Freshmen: Sammy - syrups, Mattie - water.
Seniors: your Herff Jones order forms for graduation announcements/caps/gowns etc. are due paid in full to the HS office tomorrow!
