The following link has information about ordering Bulldog Booster clothing. Order forms can also be picked up in the HS Office. All orders need to be pre-paid and are due to Sheri Cornell by Wednesday, October 2. Please call Sheri with questions at 208-310-1438.

Great effort by the Volleyball teams who lost to Colfax last night in very close competition.

Good luck to the JH Football team who take on Deary at home tonight beginning at 5:30.

Class presidents, class representatives and ASB Officers meet in Mr. Chambers classroom today at 12:10 to discuss plans for Homecoming. .

Dig Pink Information:
Parents, family members and fans interested in ordering Dig Pink shirts for next Tuesday's (10/1) game in Troy can come to the HS office for order forms or contact Sheri Cornell at 208-310-1438. Orders are due today.
For students interested in riding the Activity Bus to the game in Troy next Tuesday, October 1, the sign-up sheet is in the HS Office.
Don't forget to bring your change for the drive! No pennies please, they count one cent against you. Who will be the winner of the Ice Cream Party?!

Good effort by the JV Football team who played well, but lost to Troy last night.

Good luck to the Volleyball teams who host Colfax at home tonight with the C team beginning at 5:00. JV will play at 6:00 and Varsity will follow.

JV and C team Volleyball players need to be at the gym by 4:30 tonight.

Congratulations to Evyn for winning the Jr. High rodeo girls all around at the first rodeo of the season in Grangeville this weekend!

Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball team who defeated Prairie and Potlatch at home last night. Congratulations to the JV Volleyball team who defeated Potlatch and lost to Prairie in a very close match at home last night.

The Varsity and JV Volleyball teams have team dinner tonight in the multi purpose room after practice. Also, don't forget to be thinking about Dig Pink Baskets which are due Sunday, September 29.

The 2013 Yearbooks are here! And the annual Yearbook Signing Party is tonight.  The doors to the Multi will open at 7:00 p.m. and close around 8:30. Come by, have a soda, and sign or have your friends sign your copy of the 2013 yearbook. We charge $3 at the door to cover our costs and to help keep the price of the Genesee Yearbook as low as we can.  See you there!

Informational Music Meeting

Keeney Bros. from Moscow will be coming to Genesee tonight at 7:00 p.m! They will be available to explain their rent-to-own program and will also bring accessories useful for beginners, continuing students and community members.  We will meet in the multi-purpose room.

All secondary students (under 18) are invited to the Palouse Ice Rink in Moscow on Friday and Saturday night this weekend from 4:00-10:00 p.m. for free ice skating and Guitar Hero sponsored by LCYAC.

There will be a Spanish Club meeting in the Spanish classroom, next Tuesday, September 17 at 6:30 p.m. We will look at photos and share stories from the Cost Rica trip and have snacks.

The 2013 Yearbooks are here! And the annual Yearbook Signing Party will be on Wednesday, September 18th.  The doors to the Multi will open at 7:00pm and close around 8:30. Welcome Back to School!

"Kamri Sams would like to sincerely thank everyone in our local community who donated shoes to her Distinguished Young Women's Shoes for Love Foundation shoe drive! Not only did Kamri meet the goal of personally collecting 1,000 pairs of shoes, but she actually ended up collecting nearly 1,400 pairs of shoes! Because of the generosity of everyone that donated, Kamri has completed her State Distinguished Young Women's Service Project, has her application ready for the Be Your Best Self Scholarship, and has also completed her Good Works value for the Personal Progress Program. For the DYW state program in October, Kamri Sams along with 34 others are collecting shoes for Shoes for Love.  Shoes for Love is organized by Dando Amor along with partnering photographers and studios around the country.  Over 680 million shoes are thrown away in America each year. Your unwanted shoes can help to change the lives of orphaned children around the world.  So, please help Kamri reach her goal of 1,000 pair of shoes!!! Bring Shoes of any size, shape or condition (shoes beyond repair are melted down and recycled for money).  Collection Box located at school office.

The annual Genesee Bulldog Booster Club Membership Drive and Barbecue will be held at the first home football game September 6.  The BBQ will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the game against Deary starting at 7:00 p.m.  Membership dues are $40.00 again this year, and will get you dinner for the night, your name entered into a drawing for a "Bulldog Spirit Basket" and your name in our high school foyer as being a Genesee Bulldog Booster Club member!  In addition, we will also have a table set up for your Booster clothing where you will be able to purchase new clothing items that will be for sale this school year, along with some fun new school spirit items, stadium chairs, and sale items from last year's clothing.
