ASB Meeting @ 12:10 in Mrs. Tillemans room.

The district soils career development event took place on October 4^th in Deary, Idaho. Emily Trees took 10^th place, Sidney Fountain 7^th place, Kjersti Clawson 6^th place, Sara Trees 4^th place, and Kylie Ketcheson took 3^rd place.

            The state soils career development event took place on October 12 in Burley, Idaho. Kjersti Clawson took 24^thindividual, Emily Trees 11^th individual, and Sara Trees took 7^th place individual. The Genesee team scored 5^th place overall for the state. 

PSAT Reminder

Juniors: If you wish to take the PSAT next Wednesday you must first register at the high school office by paying the $15 test fee at the high school office.  Deadline to register is 4:00pm on Today, October 17th.  Utilize the free practice materials on Khan Academy or stop by Mr. Scripter's office to pick up a free PSAT study guide and practice test.

​Sophomores: You do not need to register since your testing fee is paid for by the State Department of Education.  If a sophomore and their parents do not wish to have the student participate in the PSAT, you must turn in a completed PSAT Opt Out form signed by a parent by Tuesday next week.  Opt Out forms were e-mailed to parents or can be picked up from Mr. Scripter.
