Sharing Tree

The Sharing Tree is a project sponsored by the Genesee Education Association.  The intent of this project is to provide gifts to Genesee children when money may be a little tight during the holidays.  Each year we try to provide winter clothing and/or a new outfit, and a few fun things to help make Christmas special for children in need.  Last year we provided clothing and gifts for over 26 children in our community. The Sharing Tree is located in the Palouse Empire Mall, and tags for children in our community are RED.  Gifts can be returned, unwrapped, to the sleigh in the mall or directly to Donna Wommack at the school.  Gifts may also be dropped off at Wells Fargo Bank in Genesee.  Please return gifts to one of these locations by Tuesday, December 18.
If you have questions about the Sharing Tree or would like to make a donation for families in our community, please contact Donna Wommack at school, 285-1162 or at home, 882-6825.  The generosity of our community members and the surrounding area is heartwarming.  Thank you for your tremendous support of this project!
